What are the shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges on all products for destination of Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. However the shipping charges for France, Germany and Italy are €2.95

While the shipping charges for the following countries Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden and Poland are €3.95.

How long is the shipping time?

The shipping time is between 7 working days to 12 working days depending upon the destination country as well product handling time.

Our handling time is between 24 hours to 48 hours on normal working days and could be up to 72 hours I the order is placed on weekend.

What exactly happens after ordering?

The standard procedure is that after receiving the order we will send you the order confirmation which will further followed by product handling time. And once the product dispatched then you will receive the order status update email.

And from that point onwards you can check the parcel status online as each parcel dispatched with a valid tracking number and the customer can track the complete movement of the parcel.

When I will receive the tracking number of the shipment?

Once you place the order for certain item/items; we will provide you the tracking no. in the next 48 hours through email.

Note: There are chances that the tracking number will be provided to you with a further delay of 12 - 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify the billing and/or shipping information’s.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses since we always use registered packages which do not support P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes apart from local shipping to Netherlands we also offer international shipping to Germany, Austria, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France and Spain.


What payment options you are offering to place orders?

We are offering several payment options such as (all major credit cards), Debit cards, local payments such as iDeal, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Is my payment transaction details are safe?

All of your payment transaction details are taken care by the third party payment providers and are on secure payment servers so therefore you can completely trust on the reliability and security of your important data.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Yes we are offering the possibility for the customers that they can add different shipping address than the billing address and in this the customer does have the option ot place order for someone else as a gift and provide billing address with a different location.

Do you share personal information of customers with other companies?

We do not use any of the information of customers with any third party for marketing or survey or any other purpose.

Yes we offer free shipping on all orders regardless of the order amount in Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

What is you Refund policy?

The Refund Policy is based on following criteria;

What is the refund claim time?
