Do you offer free shipping? 

In order to facilitate our customers from all over the world we have divided our shipping rates into various zones and for each zone the free shipping applies on certain order total amount.

I want to place order of a perfume outside of Europe. Is this possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible because due to IATA service regulations Perfumes considers as "Dangerous Goods" and since we are using FEDEX as our carrier for international shipments so therefore we cannot provide shipping for Perfumes outside of Europe. 

Do you offer International shipping? 

Yes we offer shipping to nearly all major countries of the world including whole Europe, US, Canada, Asia, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand etc.

Which shipping company you use for delivery of Parcels?  

We are using FEDEX for our international shipments outside of Europe and GLS for shipments within Europe. 

Do you offer Standard shipment only or also have urgent shipping services?  

At this moment we offer only Standard shipping services. 

How much time it takes to deliver shipment in Netherlands? 

Normally it takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver shipment in Netherlands. 

When I will receive the tracking number of the shipment? 

Once you place the order for certain item/items; we will provide you the tracking no. in the next 48 hours through email. 
Note: There are chances that the tracking number will be provided to you with a further delay of 12 - 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify the billing and/or shipping information’s.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses? 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses since we always use registered packages which do not support P.O. Boxes or Military addresses. 

Do you include VAT in the prices of products on the web store? 

All products displayed at our website include VAT 21%.

I want to place order from US so who will be responsible for Import Duties and Taxes?

Transfashions will not be responsible for any taxes or duties which customer will have to pay upon receiving the shipment as duties and taxes are subject to country customs. 

Therefore payment for such purpose is obligatory to release the shipment from the custom.

Since we do not have control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you about these charges.

It is your responsibility to check with your local customs agents for any charges they might impose on the products you order from us.

In case of money back refund, taxes and duties charges are not refundable by us.

Do you share personal information of customers with other companies?  

We do not use any of the information of customers with any third party for marketing or survey or any other purpose.

The information’s provided by our customers such email, address, phone number is only use for providing updates regarding our products and offers.

The information’s regarding my financial information is secure or not?

The customer is redirected to the payment company once it reaches the order placement point and all the financial information’s saved on payment providers secure servers such as Pay pal, Money Bookers, Ideal and other payment options. Therefore it is absolutely secure and save.  

Are you selling Original perfumes?

Yes we are only selling 100% original perfumes and cosmetics.

Returns & Replacements
What is you Return policy?

The Refund Policy is based on following criteria;

Damage goods

Faulty goods

Incorrect goods

What is the refund claim time?

All refund claims must be claimed within 14 days from the day you received the products. Return items must be received back to Transfashions within 14 days from the date you requested. For further details about Return policy please click here
